POLITICS OVER RESERVATION IN INDIA

I feel very sad when i see how Indian political parties are trying to build their vote bank on the cost of unity and development of INDIA. Let the example of reservation policy.to woo the backward and schedule cast vote parties are trying to expand quota percentage and also trying to extend it in private companies. i am not against the policy of helping the needy persons,but on the name of reservation elite and prosperous unit of these classes are getting benefit only.also for the good health of our country it is important to select able persons.all states police is losing its strength to curb crime due to reserved quota posting.and in many field sub standard quality of services are due to the fact that in India useless persons are being selected on the name of quota.........
